For just 6.5%* of your rental income, our experienced, dedicated team will take care of:

  • All your property marketing and viewings
  • Rental appraisals, reference checks, tenancy agreements and inventory booking
  • Matching your property to our registered tenants
  • Registering your tenant’s deposit with the relevant scheme
  • Handing over keys and inventory to your tenant at the start of their tenancy
  • Setting up your rent account and closely monitoring for late/missing payments
  • Sending you monthly rent account statements
  • Carrying out a full arrears service including phone, letter and personal visits to your tenants
  • Appointing and instructing solicitors if needed
  • Providing references for your tenants for their future tenancies
